End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA and payment of the applicable license fee, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on a single device owned or controlled by you.

If you require use of the Software on more than one device, you must purchase a separate license for each additional device. Each license activates on one device at a time.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Software except as expressly permitted herein
• Sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the Software or any license key to a third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license enforcement or copy-protection mechanisms

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA grants you no rights other than those expressly stated herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.

4. License Activation

The Software requires a one-time online license activation through your browser upon first use. After successful activation, the Software operates entirely offline. No JSON content, file history, or usage data is transmitted during activation or at any other time.

Licensor reserves the right to revoke a license key that is determined to have been used fraudulently, shared in violation of this EULA, or obtained through unauthorized means.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Your license includes a minimum of one (1) year of security updates from the date of purchase. Security updates will be made available through the Website and may be required for continued operation of the Software on certain operating system versions.

Licensor is under no obligation to provide feature updates, new major versions, or bug fixes beyond what is required for security maintenance. New major versions may be offered as a separate purchase.

6. Privacy and Data

The Software does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data or file content during normal operation. All files and history generated or stored by the Software remain exclusively on your local device. Licensor has no access to any content you process using the Software. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term hereof.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive any termination of this EULA.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
